28-річний військовослужбовець 128-ї окремої гірсько-піхотної бригади Володимир Ожанський 8 липня був важкопоранений під час служби в зоні АТО. Після операції з тіла воїна лікарі витягнули 17 осколків. Два осколки досі залишаються в спині. Окрім цього, внаслідок поранення на правій нозі бійця почало розвиватися загноєння, яке не змогли зупинити кілька операцій.

"Я був призваний 1 серпня 2014 року по повістці з Тернополя. Сім місяців був у Дебальцевому. Коли вийшли з котла, нас на місяць відпустили додому, потім – назад на службу. Після Дебальцевого служив в Станиці Луганській в селі Комишне, це три кілометри біля кордону. Саме там був поранений. Ми вийшли на позицію на блокпості і потрапили під обстріл, впав снаряд… Лікарі витягнули з мене сімнадцять осколків. Два ще в спині залишилося. Поки що їх не хочуть витягувати, бо вони біля нерва. Залікую ногу і будемо думати про спину", – каже Володимир Ожанський. – "Після поранення мене оперативно відправили в госпіталь, потім – до Харкова, там зробили операцію на ногу, потім лікувався у Львові, а зі Львова перевели до Тернополя. Тут зробили три операції, але вони мені не допомогли. Була загроза ампутації ноги. Зараз лікарі застосовують вакуумну терапію. Медики кажуть, що це дає результат".

Для лікування бійця необхідні дороговартісні медичні засоби. "Тільки на уколи і крапельницю в день йшло до тисячі гривень. Зараз уколи відмінили, бо нирки почали боліти. За трубку для вакуумної терапії моя сім’я платить 55 євро, за мочалку (медичний засіб, який накладається на пошкодженій ділянці ноги) – півтори тисячі гривень. Трубок я вже не маю. Це вже остання", – показує Володимир Ожанський пристрій, який встановлений на його нозі.

A 28-year-old serviceman of the 128^th detached mountain infantry brigade Volodymyr Ozhansky was seriously wounded on the 8^th of July, 2015 while serving in the ATO zone. Doctors pulled 17 missiles out of his body during the surgery. Two missiles still stay in his back. Besides this, a wound on the right leg resulted wound abscess which could not be stopped even after several operations.

“I was drafted on the 1^st of August, 2014 by call-up papers from Ternopil. I was in Debaltseve for seven months. When we came out of the Battle of Debaltseve they let us go home for a month and then we went back to serve in the armed forces again. After Debaltseve I served in Stanytsia Luhanska in Komyshne village (in Stanycho-Luhansky district of Luhansk oblast), this is three kilometers from the border. This is the place where I was wounded. We came out to our position at the roadblock and were shelled, a projectile fell… Doctors removed seventeen missiles out of me. And two missiles are still staying in my back. They do not want to remove them in the meantime because they are situated near a nerve. I will heal my leg, and then we will think about the back,” Volodymyr Ozhansky says. “After wounding I was quickly sent to the hospital, then to Kharkiv where they performed an operation on the leg, then I was treated in Lviv and transferred from Lviv to Ternopil. Here they operated three times on me but those operations did not help me. There was an amputation threat. Now doctors use vacuum therapy on the leg. Medics say it gives results”.

To heal this soldier they need costly medical remedies. “Injections and a dropper a day alone cost up to one thousand UAH. For now they cancelled injections because my kidneys began to ache. My family pays 55 euros per a drain for vacuum therapy, and one and a half thousand UAH per a sponge (a medical remedy placed to the affected area of the leg). I have no more drains. This one is the last I have”, Volodymyr Ozhansky points at the device installed on his leg.
