Олександр Грищенко

Олександр Грищенко народився в Нікополі на Дніпропетровщині. Потім переїхав до Запоріжжя. Закінчив училище. За професією електрозварювальник. Постійної роботи не мав. Доводилося їздити на заробітки, зокрема й до Росії. Коли в січні 2015 року надійшла повістка, не вагався ані хвилини, бо, як сам каже, «професія в мене така — Батьківщину захищати». Після недовгого навчання потрапив у 25-ту аеромобільну бригаду. За два з половиною тижні перед демобілізацією, 21 березня 2016 року, підірвався на фугасі.

В Червоноармійській районній лікарні пережив операцію з ампутації лівої ноги, а в Дніпропетровській лікарні імені Мечникова — операцію на правому оці, яке зберегти, на жаль, не вдалося.

Цього року Олександрові виповниться 30 років. Має 12-річну доньку та 6-річного сина. Ось-ось народиться ще одна донечка. Тож життя триває. І Сашко щасливо посміхається.

OleksandrHryschenko is from Nikopol city of Dnipropetrovsk oblast. He moved to Zaporizhya and graduated from a technical college as an electric welder. He did not have a permanent job therefore he had to travel for job including travels to Russia. When in January, 2015 he received his call-up papers he did not hesitate for a minute because, as he says, his job is to defend his homeland. After short training he was sent to the 25^thAeromobile Brigade of Ukrainian Ground Armed Forces. On the 21^st of March, 2016, just two and a half weeks before his release, he was blown up by a landmine.

He underwent his left leg amputation at Chervonoarmiisk District Clinical Hospital, and at IllyaMechnikovDnipropetrovsk Clinical Hospital they performed an operation on his right eye but unfortunately did not succeed to save the eye.

This year Oleksandr will be 30 years old. He has a 12-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son. His youngest daughter is going to be born very soon. So life goes on, and he is smiling a happy smile.
